PottyMD Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare instance you are ever dissatisfied with your PottyMD purchase, please follow the instructions listed. We will gladly refund your purchase for unused merchandise within 30 days (less S&H) if returned undamaged
in their original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns on used bedding,bedwetting alarms, potty chairs, or seats. PottyMD reserves the right to examine any products to determine if they can be returned. There is a 20% restocking fee if products are deemed resaleable. If the product is damaged or not with the original packaging we will return the product to the customer and shipping and handling charges  will be the responsibility of the customer. Most of our bedwetting alarms,bedding and watches are also backed by guarantees from the manufacturer. Information is provided with the items. Bedding: Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns of used bedding.

Bedwetting Alarms: Due to health concerns, we can not accept returns of used bedwetting alarms.

Pottychairs & Seats: Due to health concerns, we cannot accept returns of potty seats/chairs.

Watches: Please be aware when ordering watches that you take into account the diameter of the face of the watch. In order for the watches to be able to have countdown timers and alarms they may be a little bigger than the average. We describe to the best of our ability the item and display a picture to assist you in your decision.

 If you have a watch that is not functioning correctly, we recommend contacting the manufacturer. Most watches have a warrenty that is included in the paperwork that accompanies the watch.

Watches can be returned within 30 days. The watch must be in it's original packaging and have all the paperwork returned with the watch. PottyMD reserves the right to examine the watch to find if it is resalable. If there is any soiling of the band, scratches to the face of the watch etc, it will be returned to you at your cost. If the watch is found to be resalable, then we will refund your purchase less a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges

***Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. Since PottyMD cannot provide credit if return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured.

PottyMD is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items.
